With more than 15 years of experience, this Family Medicine physician holds international certification in Lifestyle Medicine and a recognized competency in Clinical Nutrition from the Portuguese Medical Association. Her work spans clinical practice, teaching and research at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon, where she serves as an Assistant Visiting Professor and researcher at the Nutrition Laboratory.
Her career has been dedicated to promoting health and preventing chronic disease through a holistic, personalized and evidence based approach.
At Clínica Mulher, she leads the Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine Consultations, integrating the key pillars of lifelong health into daily practice: balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, avoidance of harmful substances, sleep health, stress management and healthy social connections. She also coordinates Mulher360, a comprehensive program that supports women’s health across all stages of life, grounded in these pillars and articulated with multiple medical specialties.
