Weight+ · A clinical programme for weight and health

Weight loss, led by medicine.

A 12-month programme that treats excess weight as what it is — a clinical concern. Medical assessment, nutrition, prescribed exercise and objective monitoring, brought together by one clinical team and carried through phase by phase.

Women's health

When weight becomes a clinical matter.

Weight+ is for women carrying excess weight or obesity, working towards body recomposition, or navigating the metabolic and hormonal shifts that make weight harder to manage. Above all, it's for those who have tried before — and found the results hard to reach, or harder still to keep.

Weight that won't shift

When structured eating and exercise haven't delivered — or the weight keeps finding its way back.

Obesity

When weight has a genuine clinical impact — on blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep and joints.

PCOS & insulin resistance

When hormones, cycle, energy and weight all seem to move together — and call for a joined-up metabolic approach.

Thyroid & metabolism

When thyroid changes, stubborn fatigue or a stalled metabolism hold weight loss back despite real effort.

Perimenopause & menopause

When fat distribution, muscle, sleep and the way your body responds to exercise all shift with this stage of life.

Postpartum recovery

When body, routine and energy have all changed, and you need an approach that respects recovery, sleep and hormones.

Body recomposition

For losing fat while protecting muscle — guided by data that separates total weight from fat and lean mass.

How it works

Clinical guidance built on four pillars.

01

Understand

A full medical assessment: clinical history, metabolic profile, life stage and body composition.

02

Define

An individual plan, drawn up by your doctor to fit your profile.

03

Measure

Follow-up with objective measurement of fat, muscle and how you respond to the plan.

04

Adjust

The plan is reviewed and fine-tuned along the way, as your body responds.

The journey

From assessment to independence.

It all starts with a medical assessment. The three phases that follow put your plan into practice over 12 months — adjusted to your results and reviewed at the end of each stage.

Starting point · Assessment consultation

Initial assessment

With the doctor who leads the programme. She reads your clinical picture, designs your individual plan and stays with it through every phase — working alongside the nutritionist and exercise physiologist who deliver it day to day.

Body-assessment tools

Measuring fat, muscle and how you respond.

DXA, InBody380 and Myzone separate total weight from fat and lean mass, and reveal how your body responds to effort. Every clinical decision is made on what they show, phase by phase.

01
Full body composition

DXA

Measures fat and lean mass region by region, and quantifies visceral and abdominal fat. It's the most rigorous, most complete picture of body composition in the programme.

3 scans includedOne per phase, to compare body composition across the programme.
02
Segmental bioimpedance

InBody380

Breaks body composition down segment by segment — muscle, fat and water across arms, legs and trunk. It's the working reference for your nutrition and training plan.

Measured at every reviewA record of progress across the 12 months, comparable phase to phase.
03
Remote monitoring

Myzone MZ-Switch

A heart-rate band that logs your effort in every session. The exercise physiologist follows it remotely, checks that you're working at the right intensity and that it's paying off, and adjusts where needed.

Yours to keepThe band is yours once you complete the 12 months of Weight+.
Prescribed exercise

Training prescribed to lose fat and protect lean mass.

Your training plan is set and monitored by the exercise physiologist at every phase, drawing on your clinical picture, body composition, fitness and Myzone data. It combines in-person sessions with access to the Healthy Life platform — workouts and guidance to keep you moving between consultations.

Clinical prescription

Exercise & women's health

The exercise physiologist tailors your training to each phase — reading your body composition and how you respond to effort — so you lose fat efficiently, without sacrificing lean mass.

Updated as your body changes.
In-person support

One-to-one sessions

Dedicated time with the exercise physiologist, who tracks how your body is changing and adjusts the training to you. It's the support that keeps you confident — and seeing results — the whole way through.

6 sessions across the 12 months.
Training & content between visits

Healthy Life

The platform built by the exercise physiologist to stay with you between visits. Live sessions, recorded workouts and a library of supporting content — keeping your routine active and well-guided by someone who knows your plan.

Access activated at the start of Phase 1.

The training plan works hand in hand with the medical coordination in lifestyle medicine and the nutrition follow-up, so movement and food pull in the same direction.

Clinical team

The specialists by your side.

The doctor leads the journey; nutrition, exercise, endocrinology and psychology step in when they're needed — always working from the same clinical plan.

Where it begins

Lighter, stronger, with energy for life.

It all begins with a medical assessment and an individual, multidisciplinary plan built around you.

Frequently asked

Before you book.

How does the programme work?

It starts with a medical assessment. From there, your doctor sets an individual plan — supported and reviewed at every phase, across 12 months.

What does the assessment consultation include?

It includes a full clinical assessment with the doctor (metabolic and lifestyle profile), an InBody380 body-composition analysis and a request for lab tests. The DXA scan takes place at the start of the programme (Phase 1), alongside the bloodwork, and is included in the monthly fee.

Do I need a referral to book?

No. The initial assessment is carried out at the clinic by the programme team.

How long does it last?

The programme runs over 12 months, in three phases, with an assessment at each stage.

Do I have to commit to all three phases?

There's no year-long commitment. You commit phase by phase. At the end of each one, the team carries out a clinical review and decides with you whether to move on to the next — always on the basis of measurable results.

When do results start to show?

It always depends on the individual and their life stage — there's no universal timeline. The team documents progress with DXA, InBody380 and clinical follow-up at every phase, and adjusts the plan on measurable results. Your realistic expectations are set at the assessment consultation.

What is the DXA scan for?

DXA (dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry) is a full-body scan that assesses body composition — fat mass, lean mass and where fat sits, including abdominal fat. It shows exactly what's changing: whether you're losing fat or muscle, and where. In Weight+ it's done at the start, at 6 months and at the end of the programme, so the team can adjust the plan on real changes in body composition.

Are consultations covered by insurance?

Each consultation is invoiced separately by Clínica Mulher. Whether it's eligible for reimbursement depends on the terms of your individual policy.

Is it right for me?

Every journey is defined case by case, taking in each woman's life stage — from the fertile years to menopause and postpartum. The assessment consultation is what determines it.

Start with the assessment. Move forward, one phase at a time.
